Bow Season by Ryan Alexander

Bow SeasonBow Season by Ryan Alexander
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Bow Season by Ryan Alexander is a well-written mystery that captures your attention from the beginning pages. The story revolves around the murder of a young woman in a forest in Wisconsin. A father and son have found the body, and now it's up to Brayden Tucker and Mike Lenard, two detectives to solve the case. As the chapters alternate between the two main characters, you get a sense of who they are while they figure out the case. Brayden is a young detective, and Mike is much older and wiser, or so he would have you think. The storyline is developed well and the writing style is one that keeps you engaged until the end. This is a solid police procedural infused with a little humor and humanity as well. Highly recommend it for an interesting and compelling read.

Safe Harbour: The Sgt. Windflower Mystery Series Book 10 by Mike Martin once again showcases the author's skill in creating memorable characters and settings. Sgt.
