Everything She Didn't Say by Jane Casey

There's something especially fun about a psychological thriller that keeps you questioning everything, and Everything She Didn't Say delivered exactly that. Jane Casey pulled me into the story right away, and I found myself looking for clues while constantly changing my mind about what I thought was really going on. One of my favorite parts of the book was the unreliable narrator. I love when an author can make me doubt my own assumptions without making the story feel confusing, and Jane Casey strikes that balance perfectly. Every new piece of information made me rethink what I'd already read, which kept me turning the pages to see where it was all leading. The characters are another reason this book works so well. No one is exactly who they seem to be, and each character adds another layer to the mystery. I enjoyed trying to figure out everyone's motivations, and more than once I realized I'd completely misjudged someone. That's always a sign of a well-written thriller in my book! The pacing is steady, building the suspense little by little instead of relying on constant action. The twists felt natural, the tension continued to grow, and when everything finally came together, it was both satisfying and believable. I've really been enjoying Jane Casey's books, and this one reminded me why. She has a knack for creating smart, character-driven mysteries that keep me engaged from beginning to end. If you're a fan of psychological suspense, unreliable narrators, and stories that make you second-guess yourself until the final pages, I'd definitely recommend adding Everything She Didn't Say to your reading list.
