Whether you're trying to convince someone to do you a favor or need help with a project, in essence, you are selling yourself. This is truly an eye-opening approach to the world of sales. The mirror and window analogy is on point and one to keep in mind as you approach selling your customers. Eminently readable, this is a first-rate book about the sales process and one that will not only help in business but in your personal life as well.
