MOTE: SCIFI ADVENTURE SERIES by Steven DeckerMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
I really enjoyed getting into MOTE. It has the kind of sci-fi adventure that pulls you along without getting bogged down in too much technical detail. I especially liked following Davorin as the story unfolded and the stakes gradually became clearer. There’s a solid sense of mystery and discovery, with enough action and unexpected turns to keep things moving. The world-building also made me curious about where the series will go next. This was an enjoyable start to the Davorin Mote Chronicles, and I’d definitely be interested in continuing with the series.
